By accessing and using revenuehawk.io (the “Website”) and purchasing the Restaurant Growth Engine System (the “System”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Website or purchase the System.
RevenueHawk provides restaurants with:
- A proprietary Revenue Calculator tool based on analysis of 3,500+ real-world restaurant case studies
- The Restaurant Growth Engine System, including: Restaurant Growth Engine Manual, Fix-It-Now Factor Strategy PDFs (16 playbooks), Revenue Tracker & Action Plan, unlimited Calculator Access, Bank Financing Tactical Guide, and 30 days of 24/7 Priority Email Support
- Access to the “Next-Level Dining” list consideration, Restaurant Investor Network, and Special Buying Opportunities
- Educational materials, tools, and strategic frameworks designed to help independent restaurants identify and capture missed revenue
RevenueHawk offers a “Double Results Guarantee”: If you implement the System’s steps and do not achieve a 5x return on investment (ROI) within 12 months, RevenueHawk will refund double your purchase price.
To qualify for the Double Results Guarantee, you must:
- Submit Monthly Implementation Documentation: Submit monthly documentation using RevenueHawk’s provided template for the entire 12-month period, detailing:
- Actions taken based on the System’s 16 playbooks
- Changes implemented in your restaurant operations
- Metrics tracked in the Revenue Tracker
- Provide Financial Proof at Month 12: At the 12-month mark, provide auditable financial evidence showing:
- Your restaurant’s revenue at the start of the program
- Your restaurant’s revenue at month 12
- A revenue increase of less than $9,985 (threshold for guarantee eligibility)
- Monthly documentation takes approximately 10 minutes per month
- Documentation must be submitted using RevenueHawk’s provided template
- Failure to submit monthly documentation will void guarantee eligibility
- Documentation serves to confirm you are actively implementing the System, which is the foundation of your success
ROI is calculated as: (Revenue Increase – System Cost) / System Cost × 100
A 5x ROI means your revenue increase must be at least 5 times your System purchase price. For example, if the System costs $2,000, you must generate at least $10,000 in additional revenue.

- RevenueHawk will verify the documentation and ROI calculation within 14 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method
- The refund amount is double your original System purchase price
The Double Results Guarantee does NOT apply if:
- Monthly implementation documentation is not submitted consistently
- Financial proof at month 12 is not provided or is unverifiable
- Revenue decreases due to circumstances beyond RevenueHawk’s control (economic downturns, pandemics, legal restrictions, voluntary business closure, etc.)
- The System is not implemented as instructed
- Your business operates outside the restaurant industry
- The System components are shared, resold, or used by other parties without authorization
The Revenue Calculator is designed to estimate missed revenue based on your restaurant’s answers to a diagnostic survey and RevenueHawk’s proprietary algorithm built from 3,500+ real-world restaurant data points.
Calculator results are estimates only and not guarantees of actual revenue you will capture. Actual results depend on:
- Accurate information provided by you in the survey
- Your implementation of recommended strategies
- Your restaurant’s specific market conditions, competition, and operational capabilities
- External market factors beyond your control
RevenueHawk benchmarks your restaurant against anonymized, aggregated data from 3,500+ restaurants analyzed as part of our research. This includes restaurants of various sizes, concepts, and locations.

Email support is available for 30 days from your purchase date. Support includes:
- Questions about System implementation
- Clarification on tactics and strategies
- Technical support for System tools
- Response time: within 24 hours during business days, 48 hours on weekends
Email support does NOT include:
- One-on-one consulting or business coaching beyond the scope of System implementation
- Ongoing support beyond 30 days (though FAQ and resources remain accessible)
- Restaurant-specific financial or legal advice
- “Next-Level Dining” List: Consideration is automatic but not guaranteed. Selection is based on RevenueHawk’s editorial criteria.
- Restaurant Investor Network: Access to connection opportunities with vetted investors; RevenueHawk does not guarantee introductions or funding.
- Special Buying Opportunities: Early access to off-market restaurant deals; RevenueHawk does not guarantee availability or terms.
All purchases are processed immediately upon checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on the Website.
Outside of the Double Results Guarantee, purchases are non-refundable within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are available except as required by law or the Double Results Guarantee.
Refunds under the Double Results Guarantee are the ONLY exception to the non-refund policy and are subject to Section 3 terms.
All content, materials, tools, templates, and methodologies in the System are the exclusive property of RevenueHawk or its licensors, including:
- The Restaurant Growth Engine Manual
- The 16 Fix-It-Now Factor Strategy PDFs
- The Revenue Calculator and algorithm
- The Revenue Tracker template
- All related branding, logos, and intellectual property
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the System materials solely for your own restaurant’s internal business purposes.
You may NOT:
- Share, resell, or redistribute System materials to other parties
- Use the System on behalf of multiple restaurants without separate purchases
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the System
- Use the System materials for consulting or advising other businesses
- Post System materials online or on public platforms
You agree to provide accurate, truthful information when:
- Completing the Revenue Calculator survey
- Submitting monthly implementation documentation
- Providing financial proof for the guarantee claim
Providing false information will void the guarantee and may result in account termination.
You agree to use the System in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any legal or tax implications of implementing the System’s strategies.
The System provides educational materials and strategies, NOT professional financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Consult with appropriate professionals before making business decisions.
Except for the Double Results Guarantee stated in Section 3, RevenueHawk makes no guarantee of results. Past performance and case studies do not guarantee your results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevenueHawk is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Damages arising from your use of the System or inability to use the System
- Third-party claims or actions
RevenueHawk’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the System.
THE SYSTEM IS PROVIDED “AS-IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RevenueHawk does not warrant that the System will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.
RevenueHawk reserves the right to terminate access to the System or Website if you:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions
- Misuse or attempt to misuse the System or calculator
- Provide false information to qualify for the guarantee
- Share or redistribute System materials
RevenueHawk may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Website or System after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Your information is anonymized (your restaurant name and identifying details are removed) before being added to the benchmark database. The aggregated data cannot identify you personally.
If you do not want your anonymized data included in our benchmark database, email support@revenuehawk.io within 7 days of purchase.
Our Website and Services are intended for businesses and adult users only. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided information, we will delete it immediately.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
